Emu Swamp Dam
Brent Finlay is the independent chair of the Emu Swamp Dam Detailed Business Case, now known as Granite Belt Water, which proposes the development of an irrigation project for the Granite Belt’s high value horticulture.

Bowen Pipeline
Guiding the process for an application to the National Water Infrastructure Development Fund to do a detailed business case feasibility for a pipeline from Burdekin Falls dam to Bowen..
This pipeline was for the development of 20,000 hectares of high value horticulture land providing 3,500 jobs and $300 million in increased production for region.
